I loved this article. I have always been cautious and it has totally paid off. Nothing bad has ever happened to me. Thank you for bringing this to the attention of those who are wise enough to see the value in being cautious.
I'm glad to hear caution has served you well. Risk is important, but you also have to find that balance. My whole life I was somewhat of a "scaredy-cat", but I've found that has turned out to be a strength.
Thanks for reading Lauren! It's my pleasure - I really believe in this message.
Great article Eren, I found that graphic very helpful and then your advice for intelligent people good (I'd like to think I'm intelligent, but I'm very rash and make decisions very quickly) - the way you explained what I should do was excellent.
Maybe one more thing, but it's just my two-pence. I am much more likely to read a 6 minute or less article than a 10 minute one. Obviously only if you can get the information you need into 6 minutes.
That's just how I am, so don't take it as the opinion of the majority!
I'm glad you said discussion, because this article did feel like a discussion with myself as I wrote it. Hopefully it brought you along for the discoveries.
Oh, and I’m 77 years old.
I'm 27! I'll keep being cautious and hopefully it pays off for me too :)

Good job!
that's awesome to hear thanks so much man. That's great feedback because I'm been trying to make the advice more actionable lately.
For sure! You're doing a great job man.

All very good advice!
Thank you John!

Thanks Eren. And spot on. I particularly liked your analogies to drill the points home.
Sound advice, mate.
Thanks so much Adam. It's those analogies which help me understand the world - so glad they could help you too!
I'm in the low logic camp, I agree caution is better (much to the annoyance of others sometimes 😂).
Haha I highly doubt that Frankie!
Practical and pragmatic. Just the way it should be. Thanks for sharing!
